Psalm 99

Psalm 99

A Psalm of David.

99:1 Yehovah reigns;-- let the people rage; [it is he] that sits upon the cherubs, let the earth be moved.

99:2 Yehovah is great in Zion, and is high over all the people.

99:3 Let them give thanks to thy great name; for it is terrible and holy.

99:4 And the king's honour loves judgment; thou hast prepared equity, thou hast wrought judgment and justice in Jacob.

99:5 Exalt ye Yehovah our Elohim, and worship [at] his footstool; for he is holy.

99:6 Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon Yehovah, and he heard them.

99:7 He spoke to them in a pillar of cloud; they kept his testimonies, and the ordinances which he gave them.

99:8 O Yehovah our Elohim, thou heardest them; O Elohim, thou becamest propitious to them, though thou didst take vengeance on all their devices.

99:9 Exalt ye Yehovah our Elohim, and worship at his holy mountain; for the Yehovah our Elohim is holy.

99:1 Yehovah reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved.

99:2 Yehovah is great in Zion; and he is high above all the people.

99:3 Let them praise thy great and terrible name; for it is holy.

99:4 The king's strength also loveth judgment; thou dost establish equity, thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob.

99:5 Exalt ye Yehovah our Elohim, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.

99:6 Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon Yehovah, and he answered them.

99:7 He spake unto them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance that he gave them.

99:8 Thou answeredst them, O Yehovah our Elohim: thou wast a Elohim that forgavest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inventions.

99:9 Exalt Yehovah our Elohim, and worship at his holy hill; for Yehovah our Elohim is holy.
