3:1 And Yehovah shewed me Jesus the high
priest standing before the Messenger of Yehovah, and the Devil stood on his
    right hand to resist him.

3:2 And Yehovah said to the Devil, Yehovah rebuke thee, O Devil, even Yehovah
that has chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: behold! is not this as a brand
    plucked from the fire?

3:3 Now Yehoshua was clothed in filthy raiment, and stood before the Messenger.

3:4 And [Yehovah] answered and spoke to those who stood before him, saying,
Take away the filthy raiment from him: and he said to him, Behold, I have
taken away thine iniquities: and clothe ye him with a long robe,

3:5 and place a pure mitre upon his head. So they placed a pure mitre upon
his head, and clothed him with garments: and the Messenger of Yehovah stood
    [by].

3:6 And the Messenger of Yehovah testified to Yehoshua, saying,

3:7 Thus saith Yehovah Almighty; If thou wilt walk in my ways, and take
heed to my charges, then shalt thou judge my house: and if thou wilt
diligently keep my court, then will I give thee men to walk in the midst of
    these that stand [here].

3:8 Hear now, Yehoshua the high priest, thou, and thy neighbours that are
sitting before [thee]: for they are diviners, for, behold, I bring forth my
    servant The Branch.

3:9 For [as for] the stone which I have set before the face of Yehoshua, on the
one stone are seven eyes: behold, I am digging a trench, saith Yehovah
Almighty, and I will search out all the iniquity of that land in one day.

3:10 In that day, saith Yehovah Almighty, ye shall call together every man
his neighbour under the vine and under the fig-tree. |
3:1 And he shewed me Joshua the high priest
standing before the Messenger of Yehovah, and Satan standing at his right hand
    to resist him.

3:2 And Yehovah said unto Satan, Yehovah rebuke thee, O Satan; even Yehovah that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out
    of the fire?

3:3 Now Yehoshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the Messenger.

3:4 And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take
away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have
caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change
    of raiment.

3:5 And I said, Let them set a fair mitre upon his head. So they set a fair
mitre upon his head, and clothed him with garments. And the Messenger of Yehovah stood by.

3:6 And the Messenger of Yehovah protested unto Yehoshua, saying,

3:7 Thus saith Yehovah of hosts; If thou wilt walk in my ways, and if thou
wilt keep my charge, then thou shalt also judge my house, and shalt also
keep my courts, and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand
    by.

3:8 Hear now, O Yehoshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit
before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth
    my servant the BRANCH.

3:9 For behold the stone that I have laid before Yehoshua; upon one stone
shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith Yehovah of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.

3:10 In that day, saith Yehovah of hosts, shall ye call every man his
neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree. |
